Work

Clients and projects

A short list, on purpose. Everything here is real work. We name a client only when they've said yes, and we label what's finished and what's still in progress.

Work before October 2026, including Tom's, was done under Censai Systems, Alex's automation practice, which is now part of Iowa AI.

01 · Current client

Tom Herzmann

  • Oakridge Real Estate
  • Real estate agent, Cedar Falls

Working together since early 2026

Tom is a real estate agent with Oakridge Real Estate in the Cedar Valley. Our job is the paperwork side of his business, so more of his day goes to people.

What we built

  1. A phone app that reads handwritten notes and open-house sign-in sheets, so new contacts land in his CRM without retyping.
  2. One scan updates his CRM, his video-email list, his phone contacts and his shared spreadsheet at the same time.
  3. Six automated follow-up campaigns with 75 touchpoints inside his CRM, most of them written in his own voice.
  4. A one-page writing-voice guide, so AI-drafted emails sound like Tom.
  5. Now piloting Vantage, the next version of the app, with a tablet sign-in for open houses on the way.

03 · Our own software

Software we make

Alongside client work, we build tools of our own. Each one is labeled with where it stands today.
